Long Span Aluminium Roofing Sheets
Long span sheets are the most widely used aluminium roofing in Nigeria. Their extended length means fewer joints reducing potential leak points and installation time. Available in 0.45mm to 0.70mm thickness, in Grade A and Grade B.
Grade A uses higher purity aluminium alloy with more consistent coating. Grade B is a cost-effective alternative that still meets standard installation requirements.
- Fewer joints = lower risk of leaks
- Ideal for residential and large commercial spans
- Available in all standard colours
- Custom-cut lengths on request
Long Span Prices — April 2026
All prices per linear meter. Installation quoted separately.
| Thickness | Grade | Price per Meter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.45mm | Grade A | ₦6,000 | Residential homes, light use |
| 0.45mm | Grade B | ₦5,850 | Budget Residential |
| 0.50mm (Best Value) | Grade A | ₦7,000 | Most popular residential choice |
| 0.50mm | Grade B | ₦6,900 | Residential, good durability |
| 0.55mm | Grade A | ₦8,000 | Premium residential, light commercial |
| 0.55mm | Grade B | ₦7,850 | Residential, good value |
| 0.65mm | - | ₦9,500 | Commercial buildings, offices |
| 0.70mm | - | ₦11,500 | Industrial, warehouses, heavy-duty |
Grade A vs Grade B: Grade A long span uses a higher-grade aluminium alloy with more uniform zinc coating, offering better long-term corrosion resistance. Grade B still performs well for standard residential applications but has slightly thinner coating. We always specify which grade is in your quote never switch without telling you.
Step Tile Aluminium Roofing Sheets
Step tile sheets (also called Metcupo) deliver a decorative tile-like appearance with the structural benefits of aluminium. They’re the choice for homeowners who want their roof to look elegant, not industrial.
Available in the same thickness range as long span from lightweight 0.45mm for budget builds to heavy-duty 0.70mm for demanding applications.
- Tile-like aesthetic without the weight of concrete tiles
- More decorative ideal for visible roof slopes
- Same structural strength as long span
- Popular for duplexes, hotels, commercial plazas
Step Tile Prices — April 2026
All prices per linear meter. Installation quoted separately.
| Thickness | Grade | Price per Meter | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.45mm | Grade A | ₦6,500 | Budget Residential |
| 0.45mm | Grade B | ₦6,850 | Residential homes, light use |
| 0.50mm (Best Value) | Grade A | ₦7,800 | Most popular for Duplexes |
| 0.50mm | Grade B | ₦7,300 | Residential, good durability |
| 0.55mm | Grade A | ₦8,500 | Premium residential, light commercial |
| 0.55mm | Grade B | ₦8,300 | Residential, good value |
| 0.65mm | - | ₦10,500 | Commercial buildings, offices |
| 0.70mm | - | ₦12,500 | Industrial, warehouses, heavy-duty |
Why is 0.45mm Grade B slightly more expensive than Grade A? Step tile sheets have a more complex profile. In some batches, the Grade B variant uses slightly more material in the forming process, which can push the cost above the Grade A equivalent. We clarify this in every quote.

Frequently Asked Questions.
No — the prices listed on this page are for materials only. Installation is quoted separately based on your roof size, complexity and location. We always provide a combined material + installation quote so you know the full project cost before you commit.
Grade A uses higher-purity aluminium alloy with a thicker, more uniform zinc/aluminium coating. This gives better long-term corrosion resistance — particularly important in coastal or high-humidity areas of Lagos. Grade B still performs well but has a slightly thinner coating. We recommend Grade A for all permanent structures.
You don’t need to calculate this yourself — our team measures your roof during the free site inspection and gives you an exact quantity. As a rough guide, add 10-15% to your floor plan area to account for roof pitch and wastage. Our estimator above can give you a ballpark figure for budgeting.
We honour all quoted prices for 14 days from the date of the quote. After that, we may need to re-quote if material prices have moved significantly. For larger projects, we can discuss a fixed-price contract if you need certainty over a longer timeline.
Yes — for projects above a certain threshold (typically 500+ meters of material) we can discuss volume pricing. Developers, contractors and property managers who work with us regularly also benefit from preferential rates. Contact us to discuss.
Yes. We supply materials to contractors and self-builders. However, we strongly recommend using our installation team or a certified installer — incorrect installation can void material performance and lead to leaks. If you’re buying materials only, our team can advise on fixing methods and quantities.
